We begin with a brief meditation and music installation designed to get you out of the noise of your day and into the room.

PRAYER, WITHOUT RELIGION

A short, non-denominational prayer practice. No religion. No doctrine. No required belief in God. We reinterpret prayer as a practical way to stop trying to control everything alone and reconnect to something larger than your own thinking.

5 MINUTES OF GUIDED BY BIET BREATHWORK

Biet’s signature five-minute breathwork is designed to create the kind of powerful state shift people often seek through much longer breathwork practices — in a fraction of the time.

THE LAW OF THE WEEK

Each week, Biet teaches one of the 44 Laws from her bestselling book, Don’t Just Sit There! These are the hidden patterns that quietly steal your peace, power, money, love, creativity and joy. Once you can see the pattern, you can stop being run by it.

7 MINUTES OF JOURNALING

Not journaling for journaling’s sake. Seven focused minutes to find exactly where that week’s Law is operating in your actual life — and what becomes possible when you stop obeying it.

10 MINUTES WITH ANOTHER MEMBER

You’ll be privately paired with another Source member to speak what you discovered out loud. No networking. No performing. Everything shared inside The Source stays private to The Source.

LIVE COACHING WITH BIET + CHRISTOPHE

One member comes forward for live coaching with Biet and Christophe — bringing a real problem from their real life: money, marriage, ambition, fear, success, parenting, purpose, whatever is actually happening. You get to watch the same kind of work they do privately become relevant to your own life in real time.

SOMATIC INSTALLATION

Because understanding something intellectually does not necessarily change you. We use a short physical practice to help the body integrate what the mind just understood — so you don’t simply leave knowing something new. You leave different.*
